PACI LAUNCHES TWO NEW SERVICES

Kuwait City: Yousef Kazem, the official spokesman for the unified government application for electronic services "Sahel," announced the inclusion of two new Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) services to the list of services supplied by PACI to application users. Kazem added that PACI has integrated "add and update phone number" and "add and update email" capabilities. 


This enables Kuwaitis and expats to add or amend information directly through the Sahel application, improving application users' access to and ease of usage of government services. The new service is useful if the individual changes his phone number and needs to update it, as well as the email address to which he receives any documents or alerts from the authorities from which he asks services.
