KUWAIT SOLD 4,780 PROPERTIES THIS YEAR FOR TOTAL OF THREE BILLION DINARS

Kuwait City:  In the first nine months of this year alone, 4,780 properties worth three billion dinars were sold. The figures were released by the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department of the Ministry of Justice. Sales of residential real estate properties took place the most. Figures show that a total of 3,531 properties were sold, with a total value exceeding 1.5 billion dinars. 


The total value of residential real estate traded under the contracts is about 1447 million dinars. And 69.7 million dinars worth of trade was done under the agencies. A total of 1,019 properties were traded in the investment real estate trade. The total value is 840 million dinars. 1,005 investment properties were traded under contracts, with a total value of 829.7 million dinars. And 14 investment properties traded under real estate agencies valued at 10.3 million dinars.
