Earth- sized planet with volcanoes discovered

Although Jupiter's moon Io continues to be the solar system's most volcanically active body, a recently discovered planet is posing a serious threat. The Earth-like planet is the first one of its kind to be found outside of our solar system, and it provides some of the strongest evidence for extrasolar volcanism to date. The planet is just a little bit larger than Earth and orbits a tiny red dwarf star in the southern constellation Crater about 90 light-years away.
