Director of an Indian company replaces human employees with "robots"

The director of an Indian company has replaced 90% of his employees with artificial intelligence robots, which exposed him to a lot of criticism on social media.

Company manager Sumit Shah said, in a tweet, that the artificial intelligence units that were deployed in his company answer all customer questions and inquiries with greater speed and accuracy than his employees. In defense of his decision, Shah considered that companies prefer to get profits, rather than be kind, "and this is what we did."
