At least 56 people, including children, have been killed and 37 injured in a fire in an apartment block in Hanoi, Vietnam, according to police. The ignition was started in the middle of the night. The building is nine stories tall and has around 150 people living in it. The Vietnam News Agency reported that the fire had been extinguished by 2:00 p.m. local time.
