An Egyptian citizen has been handed a five-year prison sentence by the Criminal Court for counterfeiting a trade certificate from Mansoura University. In addition, he manipulated the consular stamps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the university's emblem to deceitfully acquire a Kuwaiti driver's license. The act of forgery came to light during an examination of previously issued licenses for foreign residents. After cross-checking with the Egyptian authorities, it was established that the certificate held no validity.
