Major General Khaled Fahd, the acting head of the Fire Department, and Yousef Al-Saqr, the Executive Vice President of Fleet Operations at the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company, finalized the agreement. The ban specifically focuses on regulators and extensions for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders that do not meet the specifications set by the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company.
