Kuwait ranked third as the best Gulf and Arab city to live in for the year 2024, according to the Economist Intelligence Research Unit, and ranked 93rd globally. Abu Dhabi ranked first in the Gulf and the Arab world and 76th globally, followed by Dubai, ranked 78th globally, then Kuwait, then Doha, ranked 101st, then Manama, ranked 106th globally.
The research unit indicated in its Global Livability Index for 2024, which was released yesterday, that sustainable investment in health and education was an important factor in the strong performance recorded by UAE cities, as both Abu Dhabi and Dubai rose two places compared to last year.
