Al-Ujairi Scientific Center said that the summer season for the current year ends after Tuesday, July 16, coinciding with the entry of the second Gemini season, which lasts 13 days. The center added in a statement that the second Gemini season is considered the fourth house of summer among the Arabs and the fifth in the calendar of the houses of the sun and the moon, and its noon is known as “Hanana.”
The statement explained that during the second Gemini season, daylight hours extend to more than 13 hours and 50 minutes, while night hours extend to 10 hours and approximately 10 minutes. The statement stated that the temperature of the sun rises during the second Gemini, which includes a period known as the “summer sunrise” that extends for approximately eight nights, and also witnesses the entry of the strong winds, known to some as poisonous winds.
