A family of four from India tragically perished in a fire that erupted at their home in Abbassia, Kuwait on the night of July 19. The victims were identified as Mathew Varghese (40), his wife Lini Abraham (38), and their children Irin (14) and Isaac (9), all from Neerattupuram, Kerala. According to initial reports, the fire was caused by a short circuit in the air conditioner at their residence, and they succumbed to smoke inhalation while sleeping.
