For the second time in 22 days, the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, referred a number of academic certificates to the Public Prosecution, as part of the ongoing campaign to combat forged certificates.
After he referred a batch of certificates to the prosecution on the third of this July, based on the recommendations of the investigation committee in the Ministry of Education, the minister announced yesterday that he had approved the recommendations of the investigation committee in the Ministry of Higher Education, to refer a number of post-secondary academic certificates to the public prosecution, as a payment.
