Kuwait City : According to reports,the worshippers are not happy about the decision taken by the Council of Minister regarding the time allowed for the Ramadan Tarawih prayer,where Tarawih is allowed for only 15 minutes which makes the imams hurry in performing the prayers and shorten their recitation.Many people complained against reducing the time for Tarawih prayers.They demands that the time should be increased to half an hour so that the worshipers can sense the spiritual atmosphere in Tarawih prayers.Several worshipers also conveyed women’s displeasure over the decision to prevent them from performing the ritual prayer in mosques.
