EXPATRIATES STRUGGLING TO REGISTER FOR VACCINATION

Kuwait City : As per the latest reports, 190,000 emigrants could not register for vaccination as they fall under the category of residency violators.

Government sources have reported that the latest decision to extend the deadline for residency violators to 15th May is in consideration of humanitarian health and security concerns. This comes as a relief when there is the closure of airports in multiple countries because of the pandemic.
This move is a positive step toward achieving herd immunity, as there is a concern that the unvaccinated residency violators can hamper the safety of the community.
