Kuwait City :The discussions between the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Vaccine manufacturer have delayed the vaccine's arrival in Kuwait. The first of the shipments is expected to reach within a month or two.Kuwait had been expecting vaccines in the coming days, but the delay in discussions and the demand in the US markets has put Kuwait and many other countries on the waiting list.Moderna vaccine was shown to have a 94% effectiveness in tackling COVID-1, and it is similar to the Pfizer vaccine from another company which requires two doses taken four weeks apart to achieve the maximum benefit.
