MOVE TO BAN DELIVERY BIKES ON HIGHWAYS

Kuwait City: The Traffic Department is currently deciding to strictly prohibit bikes on highways and allow them to commute on internal roads only.

This decision from the department is due to the increasing number of accidents reported due to accidents caused by delivery bike riders who don't adhere to traffic rules.

Moreover, the authorities are planning to issue new regulations for delivery bikes, which may also include a ban on delivering between governorates.
