THE WORLD RETURNS TO NORMAL LIFE WHILE KUWAIT CONTINUES TO ISOLATE, SAYS TOURISM ASSOCIATION

Kuwait City: The Federation of Kuwaiti Tourism and Travel Offices reiterated the need to change the policy of the Kuwaiti government of isolating the country from the rest of the world during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Even though the federation considered the Kuwaiti model unique, Kuwait’s strategy is to isolate from the world without considering the effects of such on the national economy is to be looked into.
The union reported that presently the different counties are opening to the rest of the world and has learned to coexist with the pandemic.
The European Union removed the United States from the travel ban, also other countries like Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Lebanon, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong have been given the same treatment.
France announced the lifting of the curfew and limited the wearing of masks outside mandatory only in certain regions, Spain promised to soon cancel the obligation to wear the masks. And New York announced the lifting of the latest restrictions. The Taj Mahal, which is the most prominent tourist attraction in India, has been opened to visitors. Qatar also has announced allowing weddings to be held in hotels and wedding halls.
