Kuwait City: With just a week to go before the decision to allow expatriates to enter Kuwait is met with clarity, Sources said the decision taken by the cabinet in the absence of a new decision would not require the concession of the high-level ministerial committee facing Corona.

Prior to August 1, the covid Committee had allowed only certain workers to enter the country. From August 1, entry will be open only to those who have received two doses of the vaccine approved by Kuwait and have a valid residence visa. The result of the PCR test 72 hours before boarding should be kept in hand. Home quarantine for seven days in the country. The condition is that the PCR test should be done after the first three days.

However, the system for approving vaccine certificates for non-Kuwaitis is not yet in place. Also, the response of the circles to the question of whether non-Kuwaitis will be allowed to enter directly is a matter of concern as the Cabinet is expected to take a decision and even cancel the decision in the event of an epidemic.
