ALL FLIGHTS AT KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WILL START OPERATING FROM TODAY WITHOUT AN "OPERATING QUOTA"

Kuwait City: Salah Fadagi, Deputy Director General and Assistant Under-Secretary for Airport Affairs, said that the Kuwait International Airport, which was decided by the previous Cabinet to normalize the life of the people in Kuwait, will start operating all flights without an "operating quota" from today. 


Service providers and operators were deployed in the airport buildings to increase the number of passengers. He said the airport's operations will remain unchanged this week until the monthly operating schedules are received from the airlines operating at the airport, which are planned to increase the number of passengers until next November.

 It was decided to handle the airport buildings, services and cleaning as the passenger traffic increased and to increase the number of workers. Al-Fadgi stated that the airport will remain open this week until next November 1, when it will receive monthly operating schedules from the airlines operating at the airport. 

New destinations, numerous flights are all in high demand. He added that more flights would be launched to Riyadh, Expo Dubai events and the Riyadh season in Saudi Arabia to accommodate more passengers.
