IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR AIRPORT TO BECOME FULLY OPERATIONAL, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF CIVIL AVIATION PROJECTS

Kuwait City: The decision to make Kuwait International Airport fully operational came into effect from yesterday, but it will take time to implement in practice. There were 164 round trips from Kuwait airport yesterday. Saud al-Otaibi, deputy director general of civil aviation general administration planning and projects, said covid 19 was ready to transform the airport into a pre-epidemic type. 


The decision of the Cabinet was to provide the necessary seats and facilitate the journey of those who perceive to travel. There is a constant coordination between the government agencies operating at the airport. He lauded the efforts of the Home and Health Ministers and the General Administration of Customs to make the airport a success.
