DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SECURES DRUG STOCKS IN POST-CORONATION PERIOD IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: As the corona epidemic in Kuwait has significantly reduced, the Ministry of Health has begun to focus on strengthening the country's drug stock to the next level.

The Department of Health aims to provide appropriate health care to all patients by providing the best quality medicines and medical equipment in specialized centers and public hospitals. 

A local newspaper quoted a health ministry official as saying that the ministry had recently directed the Central Agency for Public Tenders to take steps to procure medical supplies, consumables and cardiac pharmaceutical catheters for anesthesia and intensive care units.

The procedures for ordering medicines, equipment and medical consumables at all health centers were subject to strict control.
