BIDUNI, WHO IS ON TRIAL IN ENGLAND, WILL BE DEPORTED TO KUWAIT

Kuwait City: A young Kuwaiti Bidun is facing trial in a case of facilitating the entry of illegal immigrants into England using a rubber dinghy. The young man had no documents in his possession at the time of his arrest.


The judge ordered the young man to be transferred to a juvenile care home after being told he belonged to the Bidun community in Kuwait and was 17 years old. But a blood test showed he was not 17 but 20 years old. 

Defendant stated that he arrived in England illegally two years ago. The youth will be deported to Kuwait after the trial.
