AL-ADVANI WILL SET UP SECURITY CAMPAIGNS TO CRACK DOWN ON VIOLATORS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The Directorate General of Traffic, in collaboration with the Ministries of Commerce, Electricity and Water, Kuwait Municipality, Environmental Public Authority and Residency Affairs, conducted a safety campaign in the Shuwaik industrial area. The inspections were carried out under the auspices of Maj. Gen. Jamal al-Sayeg, assistant undersecretary of the Interior Ministry. Brigadier General Mohammed Al Advani, Assistant Director General of the General Traffic Technical Affairs Division, supervised the inspections. 


He said security campaigns were aimed at wiping out those who did not follow the country's laws and those who did not pay heed to official instructions. All serious violations of the law will be stopped. For that, security campaigns will continue. A security campaign in the Shuwaik industrial area found 340 different traffic violations. Two vehicles were impounded for reckless driving.
