IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE 200 FILS FOR FILLING PETROL IN OULA

Kuwait City: The National Petroleum Corporation (NPC) has informed private fuel marketing organisations that charging 200 fils for refuelling cars is prohibited and will result in a violation.


Previously, fuel marketing company 'Aula' planned to start self-service at their petrol stations and charge 200 fils if they needed the services of personnel to fill up with petrol. This is owing to the current significant staff shortage.
