KUWAIT FEDERATION OF CONSUMER CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES SAYS CHICKEN PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK

Kuwait City: Consumers have no worries that there is a demand for chicken products in stock. This was stated in a circular issued by Abdul Aziz Sultan, President of the Federation of Consumer Cooperative Societies, and Hiam Al Khudair, Assistant Under Secretary, Cooperatives Sector, Ministry of Social Affairs. The notice specifically states that there is no need to buy and store more than necessary due to fear.


Inspectors of the Ministry conduct daily inspections in all governorates and co-operative societies. The inspection is to make sure the chicken has enough stock and the freezers are full. It is constantly checked to see if there is a shortage of any goods. Abdul Aziz Sultan said that there are other companies to replace the companies that do not supply chicken to the cooperatives.
