MINISTRY OF FINANCE APPROVES ACQUISITION OF JALEEB AL SHUWAIK AREA FOR DEVELOPMENT

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Finance approved the acquisition of land in Jalib Al Shuwaik for private residential, investment and commercial activities. The State Property Department of the Ministry of Finance has approved the Kuwait Municipality's proposal to resell plots in the Jaleeb area through public auction after development. Discussions were held in the cabinet regarding the development of the area. 


The cabinet meeting was presented with the proposal submitted by the Kuwait Municipality regarding the proposal for the development of the northwestern area of ​​Jaleeb Al Shuwaik and the information about the plan to develop the northwestern area of ​​Jaleeb Al Shadiya University. At present, proposals have been made to complete the necessary studies in coordination with Kuwait Municipality, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Electricity and Water and related authorities.
