Kuwait City: A joint committee comprised of members from the Ministries of Interior and Commerce and Industry has been formed to monitor car rental offices in all governorates of Kuwait to ensure compliance with the laws and decisions issued by the Ministries of Interior and Commerce, in order to supplement and achieve joint cooperation between state agencies and ministries for consumer protection and ensuring the application of laws. To achieve its goals and to put the law into action, the committee will conduct joint and intensive inspection tours of car rental offices in all governorates on an ongoing basis.
