Kuwait City: The phenomenon of fans pushing to enter the stadium stands, which resulted in damage to some seats, has drawn the ire of some activists, who have been vocally posting criticisms on social media. They were referring to the international friendly game between Belgium and Egypt that took place on Friday at the Jaber Al- Ahmad International Stadium as part of the buildup to the Qatar World Cup 2022.

The Egyptian national team won the game by a score of two goals to one. Despite claims from security sources that the Ministry of Interior was successful in planning the friendly match, the aforementioned phenomenon took place. Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, minister of state for youth affairs and minister of information and culture, declared that "the ministry will take legal measures against the company in charge of organising the match between the two national teams." Al-Mutairi declared in an exclusive press release that "whatever the Jaber Sports Stadium's facilities were exposed to as a result of the influx of fans from an Arab community that caused damage to some sports facilities is unacceptable.

Action is being taken against the organisers who will be called to account for their legal obligations. Furthermore, according to reliable sources, the minister will set up an investigation committee to find out how the organisers of the match and the financing party were authorised to host them. They emphasised a propensity to suspend the Football Association president pending the outcome of the investigation. A security source also confirmed that the Ministry of Interior was successful in planning the crowd's entrance at Jaber Stadium. He stated that there were roughly 50,000 spectators inside the stadium. The exit process was facilitated, and the organization was distinguished. Police officers were able to organize the arrival of the fans to the stadium without any problems.
