Al-Sarayat starts in mid-March

Kuwait City, March 13: The head of the Kuwaiti Astronomical Society, Kuwaiti astronomer Adel Al-Saadoun, said that every year Al- Sarayat precedes a period called the Al-Sarayat precedent, and it starts from mid-March to the usual date of the Al-Sarayat period on April 15.

Al-Saadoun added that sand storms and rapid rains occur during the preceding period, indicating that the Sarayat period lasts until May 15th. After this date, the rainy season ends in Kuwait, except in some cases where the rains are delayed until the beginning of June.
