Russian forces looking for "saboteurs"

Russian authorities claim that an armed group has crossed the border from Ukraine into the Belgorod region of Russia, and clashes there have resulted in several injuries. Russian forces, according to the local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, are looking for "saboteurs" who, he claimed, attacked the bordering Grayvoronsky district. Ukraine claims that two paramilitary groups led by Russian citizens are to blame for the incursion, but denies this.
