Al Mansouri: Photography while driving is a violation

Colonel Othman Al-Mansouri has emphasized the grave risks associated with filming using a mobile phone while driving. This practice has been found to lead to fatal accidents and severe injuries, as well as contribute to congested traffic conditions.


During a televised interview, Al Mansouri further highlighted that filming while driving is a clear violation of traffic regulations. Therefore, it is imperative for individuals to prioritize their attention solely on driving and refrain from engaging in this phenomenon.
