Family requests investigation into the demise of an Indian expatriate in Kuwait

The demise of Dharamappa Harijan, a 25-year-old resident of Goa, Baina, has prompted his family to demand an inquiry into his death in Kuwait. Just a few days before his death, Dharamappa had shared with his family about receiving threatening phone calls, leaving them in a state of shock. In an effort to seek justice, the grieving family, residing in Baina, presented a written request to Goa's Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, accompanied by Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar, urging a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding Dharamappa's demise.
