The parliamentary Budgets and Final Accounts Committee has called upon all government agencies to carry out internal inquiries into individuals responsible for the imbalances highlighted by the State Audit Bureau (SAB) during the execution of Article 41 of the decree issued on April 4, 1979. This decree pertains to the civil service system and its amendments, specifically allowing employees to convert their unused leave days into money while still being employed. Each government agency is expected to investigate within its own jurisdiction.

The committee asked that every government agency provide the findings of their investigations to SAB within a period of three months.
