Khaled Al-Dakhnan, Chairman of the Kuwait Union of Domestic Labor Offices (KUDLO), has officially announced the commencement of accepting applications for the hiring of domestic workers from the Philippines. Following an agreement between Kuwait and the Philippines to lift the ban on Filipino workers, Al-Dakhnan stated that all types of entry and work visas will now be issued for them. He mentioned that the union plans to travel to the Philippines next month to enhance cooperation with recruitment agencies there regarding the recruitment procedures. Al-Dakhnan also expressed the desire to expand the recruitment of domestic workers to more countries in order to increase the number of available options for citizens.
