Kuwait: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) reported an industrial accident on Tuesday at its operations area in northern Kuwait, resulting in the death of one contractor worker and injuries to another.
According to the company, the incident occurred at approximately 10:00 a.m. Emergency teams responded immediately, and the injured workers were quickly transferred to a hospital for medical attention. Unfortunately, one of the workers succumbed to his injuries, while the other remains in stable condition.
KOC emphasized that the incident had no impact on its production operations, which continued as normal. The company also confirmed that all necessary emergency procedures were promptly implemented to prevent any further risks.
An investigation into the causes of the accident is currently underway. The company stated it is committed to full transparency in addressing the incident and implementing measures to avoid similar occurrences in the future.
