His Highness The Amir  Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al jaber Al sabah on thursday sent a cable to french president Emmanuel Macron.In the cable,His Highness The Amir underscored that this criminal act,whose main target is innocent people runs counter to all heavenly values and religions.
