MINISTRY OF OIL IMPLEMENTS FACE PRINT SYSTEM:FIRST OF IT'S KIND

The ministry of oil is declared to be the first Ministry in Kuwait to implement an electronic face print system to record the daily attendance,reports a local daily.This is considered to be it's first kind of technology used.
