WHITE HOUSE CONDEMNS COLLAPSE OF GANDHI STATUE

Indo-US partnership in response to the demolition of the Gandhi statue in California, USA. Last week, there was an attack on a six - foot - tall statue of Gandhi erected in Central Park, Northern California.India has strongly protested the incident. An employee of the park first reported the damage to the statue. This is the second incident in a month.The White House has also condemned the attack on the Gandhi statue.
The White House press secretary said that they are concerned over the demolition of the Gandhi monuments, which were being closely monitored and condemned the incident. He added that such violence was unacceptable and would affect the security of the country.
