KUWAIT PREPARES TO FACE OMICRON, MOH TO STRENGTHEN COVID SAFETY MEASURES

Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health has begun preparations to deal with a new genetic variant in some African countries, Omikron, which has been genetically modified.  The meeting was chaired by Minister of Health. The Ministry of Health has submitted recommendations to the High Level Committee on Coronation. 


The recommendation says more attention should be paid to those coming from a country where Omicron is confirmed. Omicron is estimated to be 500 percent more effective than the original virus.
