KUWAIT IS GEARING UP TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that all security and traffic preparations for the national day celebrations have been completed in accordance with the previously established comprehensive plan. The Ministry has mobilised its resources and increased the preparedness of its people from various security sectors at the request of higher leadership, according to a news release issued on Wednesday. 


According to Director General of the Department Brig. Tawhid Al-Kandari, the Public Relations and Security Media Department will conduct an awareness plan, including instructions on the celebrations that will be disseminated via mass media and social media sources. According to him, the plan provides a balance between good contact with the public and strict enforcement of the law in cases of delinquent activity, as directed by higher-ups. 

Brig. Al-Kandari asked individuals and residents to follow the law, maintain an orderly and civilised vision of society, and cooperate with security forces. He warned against spraying foam at automobiles, which might distort visibility and confuse motorists, endangering pedestrians' lives.
