KUWAIT'S WATER PRODUCTION INCREASED TO 402 MILLION GALLONS

Kuwait City: Water production rose to 401.9 million gallons per Imperial yesterday, according to the Ministry of Power and Water. The difference was 20 million gallons to meet the country's water needs compared to the previous day. Statistics show that the demand for permitted water is increasing along with the climate of the country. Consumption prices reached 379 million gallons yesterday, according to the ministry's website.


This is 22 million gallons less than the production rate. It is noteworthy that the Ministry's water generation rate has exceeded half a billion gallons per day as a result of water projects implemented in previous years. Meanwhile, a sudden breakdown in one of the main freshwater lines connecting the Al Dahar area caused water to be cut off in some areas. The ministry said in a statement that the emergency team arrived immediately overnight to repair the damage.
