According to the figures, Article 17 (Government sector) accounted for 82,498 transactions, while Article 18 (Private sector) accounted for 15,62,819 transactions for residence renewal. 242 transactions for Article 19 A (Partners) are being renewed. 548,446 transactions were renewed online under Article 20 (domestic workers). 2041 transactions were completed under Article 24 (Self Sponsorship). 796,623 transactions for Article 22 (Family/Dependent visa) and 731 renewal transactions for Article 23 were completed.
