PUBLIC WORK AUTHORITY FORMED A COMMITTEE TO EXAMINE ABDALI FARMS NETWORK CONTRACT

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Public Works formed a technical and legal committee to investigate the time and financial requirements for contracting studies, designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining the Abdali farms network.


According to the sources, the committee is responsible for researching and studying the claim with all of its elements, reviewing the study of the specialised technical sector on that claim, preparing a comprehensive report on the study's outcome and recommendations, and determining the contractor's entitlements if he has a right to them, along with an explanation of the reasons that the committee relied on for its conclusions. 

The committee determines the system that will be used to carry out its work, and it has the authority to request correspondence, documents, and clarifications from all departments within the ministry. There's something appropriate about it.
