SHOPPING MALL IN MINISTRIES COMPLEX, ATTEMPT TO INCREASE PROFITS

Kuwait City: The "Ministries Complex Shopping Center" is an opportunity for the comfort and entertainment of staff members and customers of government agencies, and it was established by the Ministry of Finance in an effort to maximise the financial returns of the Ministries Complex. Every day during its scheduled business hours, this centre welcomes visitors. To accommodate families and individuals seeking to spend a special time inside the center's hallways, it has extended its daily work hours until 10:00 pm every day. 


An informed source claims that the concept for the Ministries Complex shopping centre emerged and took shape during the general push to diversify revenue sources. It makes the best use of the available resources to maximise their value for both the general public and the state. Building No. 10 is situated in a notable area and has a shopping centre, thanks to the development processes made on the complex's buildings over the past years to transform them into architectural icons in the field of interior design. 

This shopping centre has two floors and a total area of about 3,000 square metres. There are about 24 investment opportunities on each floor. The second floor also has about 14 shops, including a variety of eateries and cafes that focus on coffee goods and have sizable outdoor areas. Even though it has already begun, some of the investment-ready units are still under construction. According to the source, the Ministry of Finance did not disregard those who started small and medium-sized businesses in the mall because it set aside space for them to make investments through the National Fund for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
