Ministry of Education to ban fast food in schools

Kuwait City, March 7: The Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Development and Activities, Dr. Ghanem Al-Sulaimani, approved a general circular that included banning the entry of fast food into schools.

Al-Suleimani said in a bulletin that it is out of concern from the Ministry of Education for the health of our students. It is an affirmation of the implementation of what was stated in the regulation regarding the need for health requirements to be met in food and beverages in accordance with the standards set by the General Food Authority.
