Powerful Cyclone Mocha hits coast of Myanmar and Bangladesh

Cyclone Mocha's outer band arrived on the Rakhine state coast of Myanmar on Sunday. Authorities in Bangladesh and Myanmar warned thousands of people to seek shelter after cyclone began to hit coastal areas on Sunday. Over 4,000 of Sittwe's 300,000 people have been relocated to other cities, and more than 20,000 residents are taking refuge in the city's highland holy places, pagodas, and schools.
