Two Kuwaiti's Accused of Spreading Fake News Acquitted With Fine

Kuwait City :  The Court of Appeals imposed fine on two Kuwaitis who were accused of broadcasting false news. As per report, the court also overturned a suspended verdict of one-year imprisonment with hard labor issued against the two citizens. Instead of imprisonment, the court imposed a fine of KD 2000.
