17,000 PASSENGERS ARE TRAVELING DURING EID HOLIDAYS

Kuwait City : The airports in Kuwait are now getting ready for travelers flying to spend their Eid Al-Fitr holidays abroad. The number of flights operational for the 4 day holiday starting from Wednesday and concluding on Sunday equaled 349. The favorite holiday destinations for Eid Al-Fitr passengers are Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Bahrain, Turkey, Egypt, and Beirut.


But the expats are prohibited from entry into the country till the travel restrictions are lifted by the government. Some special category personnel is allowed entry by the Corona Emergency Committee. This includes medical personnel, oil sector workers, and employees of Kuwait oil companies, as well as employees of judiciary, fatwa, and legislation sector.
