OXYGEN CONSIGNMENT FROM KUWAIT REACHES MUMBAI PORT

Kuwait City :  A consignment of medical supplies from Kuwait of three semitrailers with 75 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen and 1000 Oxygen cylinders has reached Nhava Sheva port, Mumbai .In total, 215 MT of liquid Medical Oxygen and 2600 Oxygen Cylinders have arrived in India from Kuwait.


After the consignment reached Mumbai, Arindam Bagchi, Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs India, said, “Taking forward historical ties of friendship. The ship arrives at Nhava Sheva Mumbai (India). 3 semi-trailers of LMO (25 MT each) & 1000 O2 cylinders onboard. Grateful to H.H. Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah the Amir of the State of Kuwait & government of Kuwait.”A few days earlier, three Indian Navy ships, INS Kochi and INS Tabar and INS Kolkata transporting oxygen supplies docked at Mangalore port in Karnataka.
