Kuwait City: An informed source in the General Administration of Civil Aviation revealed that the Turkish plane, which was coming to Kuwait at dawn today, was not equipped with the ADS-B system, which did not allow it to enter Kuwait's airspace, and its course was diverted to not land at Kuwait International Airport.
