Kuwait City: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has announced that the PCR test fee for expatriates returning from abroad has been withdrawn. Earlier, a passenger had to pay 20 dinars as a PCR test fee at the airport through the Kuwait Mosafar app. That condition has now been withdrawn. The new benefit will only be available to travelers who have been fully vaccinated. According to the current circular, travelers arriving in Kuwait must carry a seven-day compulsory home quarantine. If the PCR test is negative during the quarantine period, the quarantine will be terminated seven days in advance and the fee for the PCR test will be paid directly to the passenger.
